Dr Leo has completed advanced fellowship training in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at internationally recognised centres in the United States. These include the W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and the Wright Center for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus in Los Angeles, where she gained extensive experience managing complex paediatric eye conditions and childhood vision disorders.

Prior to entering private practice, Dr Leo served as a Senior Consultant at the Department of Ophthalmology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and was Head of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute. She was also a Visiting Senior Consultant at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and a Clinical Lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.

With her international training and clinical experience, Dr Leo provides comprehensive care for both children and adults, specialising in early diagnosis, myopia control and long-term visual development.
